Remove extra debugging - try and increase the heap size, try and create a special heap just for 'add'. Modified / added the global settings: ListCacheSize=128, NodeCacheSize=256 and TestSpeed1=0. Try a list size of 8192 and node size of 16384. Memory tests on Windows vs. Linux show both should be able to do this in a couple of minutes - so I'm leaning towards 'blaming' the list processing routines... Build 2732
