Log message:
If a client tries to connect to a windows non-domain server using :sspi;force=Kerberos:, they should now receive the error message;

     requires server is a member of a domain

The server sspi plugin control panel will prevent enabling the kerberos protocol if the server is not a domain member, however if the registry settings have been manually altered then this message will be given to clients

   Server is configured to accept only Kerberos, but is not member of a domain
