Now tries to set privs during install. Currently the password generator is used, but not applied to the password used (seems OK since SYSTEM has a *blank* password according to some MS docs). Using registry can now tell cvsnt server process to try and enable more privs (eg: impersonate priv - which even if granted to a user still needs to be enabled). CVSMANAGER_USER is now also assigned tbe Tcb priv (ac as part of OS).
