I would think this is a pretty common question but I haven't been able to find an answer to it - so here we go: Are there any tools/scripts available creating a changelog style file on a CVS project? I found a TCL script in WinCVS which will allow me to build a changelog file, but I am not always using WinCVS for my projects - so are there any command line based tools or scripts which can be used?
