You can't be serious! What IDE uses makefile? No, they do not have file names in an extra store, because the files are stored on disk. If they are present, they will be compiled. Don't tell me, we should through away our IDE because of a limitation in CVS and don't start a flame war on what's the best IDE (or editor).
