cvsnt always authenticates against the domain controller if one is
available.  You should be able to override this by using the DOMAIN\user
syntax using the machine name as the DOMAIN... that's a bit clumsy,
though (and I'm not sure if the unix cvs will accept the syntax).

With the current code you can't do that without removing the machine
from the domain (which I presume isn't something you want to do).
That's something to add to the wishlist, I suppose.
