Hi We're using WinCvs 1.2, cvs 1.10.8 and ntserver access method in an all NT 4 SP6-network. There are approximately 30 users using cvs. If I connect to a network share using another username than my own, cvs will start using this user as the one that has committed files to the repository. This will continue until I disconnect the share. This behaviour is annoying since a lot of my cvs-users (and myself) will connect to shares this way from time to time in order to do some administrative work on eg. a web-server, and any commits made thereafter will log the wrong user (which will often happen to be "administrator" or the like). Is there any way to avoid this? Can I peek somwhere to see which user cvs will use? Can I make cvs refuse to commit files with certain usernames (like "administrator")?
