[Cvsnt] CVS admin -m not working?

Hello.

I'm trying to change a message, and found out that it can be done with cvs
admin -m<rev>:<new message> <filename>. However, when trying to do this, I
get a message cvs [admin aborted]: end of file from server (consult above
messages if any)
Is this working for CVSNT? i'm using CVSNT 1.11.1.3 (Build 57c) on the
server, and CVSNT 1.11.1.2 (Build 41) on the client.
