Hello,
I a relative newbie to CVS and CVSNT. I have managed to set up CVSNT and
WinCVS on Windows 2000 machines. I have also managed to setup a vareity of
Mac Clients (MacCVS and MacCVS Pro seem the best). If I understand
correctly, the "edit -c" is only supported when running the CVSNT version of
"cvs.exe".

Two Questions:
1) Is that a correct understanding (must use cvsnt's cvs.exe for "edit -c")?
2) Does anyone know of any Mac client that can do "edit -c"

The reason I need reserved checkout, BTW, is that we work with binary
"source code" file for Macromedia Director. Edit -c seems like the best way
to do this, but I am open to other suggestions/workarounds.

Thanks for everyone's time and effort, other than this I've been able to
make things work after just crashing into the world of CVS.

Thanks,
Christopher Spiller
