[Cvsnt] Regular expression in loginfo : Is it case sensitive ?

The match is against the name of the modules as CVS sees it, not what the
user specifies, so it won't be a problem unless someone renames it and
changes the case.

That said, I think I've nailed down all the places where it was case
sensitive, so it should work anyhow.
