[Cvsnt] errors accessing repositories on a network share through sspi

I think I can help with one thing.

The account that the service is started in needs permissions on the reposit=
ory directories.  I had removed "everyone" and added in my CVSAdmins and CV=
SUsers groups.  I started getting an error accessig the config file.

Tony's answer to me was:

I then added SYSTEM with full control on the repository directory and thing=
s were OK.  I suppose that creating a user with full control and starting t=
he service with that user would achieve that same affect.
