[Cvsnt] NTServer protocol and localhost

The only difference I can see is win2k vs nt4.

If I ping my laptop when off the network, it shows the bogus ip address I
gave it, and shows no packet loss, but ntserver still doesn't work. I
haven't tried any other network apps.

No, that would be daft. I log in as different users for different tasks
(some local, some domain) and the passwd file maps them all to the same
(domain) user. When I'm on the network, I also log in using pserver from my
sparc, so I need the passwd entries to avoid transmitting my network
password.

Maybe its because everything maps to a domain user. I'll try mapping
everything to a local user.
