How come I kept getting this error while adding additional user and password: cvs passwd -a UserA or cvs passwd UserA then after prompt me twice of password, it says: cvs [passwd aborted]: Only administrators can add or change another's password I am logon into win2k as 'administrator' just for the heck of it. Still, I am not allow to add any other user regardless if it's a win2K user, only able to change password for 'administrator' by cvs passwd. For example, I want to add an 'anonymous' account with blank password, to add this line to the passwd file, even this won't work, client has been rejected to connect with anonymous login.
