The WinCVS console shows the command ('cvs edit') as it is sent to CVS. CVS then reads your .cvsrc and acts as if the command was actually 'cvs edit -c', but the '-c' is not shown anywhere.

I thought the .cvsrc file was a workaround to WinCVS not providing an interface to edit -c. I was hoping so because no one will be using the command line in my group, they will be using WinCVS.
