In my experiences, the user authentication only bahave differently if you have checked "Use local users instead of domain". In the workstation (or another server except domain controler) it won't use domain users, but in the domain controler it will. -----Original Message----- From: Wolfmaier Klaus [mailto:Klaus.Wolfmaier at scch.at] Sent: Thursday, November 28, 2002 5:50 AM To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: [cvsnt] CVSNT User Authentication Hi I installed CVSNT both on a W2K work station in an AD domain and on a domain controller of an AD domain. Surprisingly CVSNT user authentication behaved differently in these two cases. Does anybody have any experiences with this (also if I should install CVSNT on a domain controller or not) /Klaus _______________________________________________ cvsnt mailing list cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs
