There are no log files in CVS where you can see who has 'logged on' or
similar. The cvs log command will search the selected file itself for
the information on the various commits done on the file and format
that for output.

'Logging in' to CVS is a one time operation done at the very first
time a module is checked out. After this the user/password information
is saved locally for use on all following accesses of that module. No
login required anymore.
