I made a small edit test <<< You don't have to register, but you can configure your username in the profile section so that you don't appear as your DNS name. It will also give you an ID that you can punch in on other browsers so you can see the list of files "you" have updated (rather than "your IP address"). Make sure you encode spaces with %20. You can also upload files, but that is a little "strange" to me at the moment, I can't offer much help except to say that I somehow accomplished it (but I'm not sure why it added a .ksh extension to it!).
