Hi all, 

I sincerely apologize. It was mcafee anti-virus.
I had disabled all kinds of shields (in AV control windows) and I also had 
disabled all AV services in my XP.
I thought that it would be sufficient. But it isn't.
You have to uninstall mcafee virusscan.
