Hi, I've just been looking at commitids in CVS, which look like they might be very useful. Am I right in saying that if I commit a number of files across several modules in one go they will all have the same commitid? One thing that would be useful is to do a diff between a commitid and the previous versions of each file in question, i.e. to display what was changed by a commit. As far as I can tell, at the moment, you can only do something like: cvs diff -r @abcxxxxxx -r @xyzxxxxxxx Is what I want possible? Cheers, John
