Thanks. I think that this was the issue I had read about. It comes to me
that in :local: mode, there could be a problem of simultaneous access to the
repository, since the cvsserver process will not arbitrate the user-launched
cvs.exe.

I will set it up to use the :sspi: protocol, just like the other clients.
