The CVSROOT is stored as plain-text in the hidden CVS subdirectories of your sandbox folders inside files called "Root". If you've got a search&replace tool that's capable of replacing only in files matching a certain mask, you could just recursively replace all occurrences of :ntserver: with :sspi: in the "Root" files. That's all there is to it. The built-in replace mechansim of syn (http://syn.sf.net) or Inforapid S&R (www.inforapid.com) are just two free tools I know to be able to do this.
