[cvsnt] SSPI and -x = hang

Between home and work there are valid reverse lookups, inside work there
isn't. However I do everything by numeric IP to rule out possible DNS
hiccups.

On further reading I discovered the build numbers are important, not just
version numbers. The server is running build 65.

The fact the problem is the same in work as at home suggests the firewall
isn't doing anything to screw up the link- inside work there is no firewall
or port filtering between the client and server.
