What really do you mean by: Windows NT Webserver? Software installed? cannot access? The CVS is empty? These statements are somewhat strange..... Seriously, CVSNT is installed on a Windows NT type machine (NT4, W2000 or XP-Pro). If that same PC also has a web service running (Microsoft Internet Information Services) is completely irrelevant to the CVSNT installation, they have nothing in common. If you want to add the *extra* possibility to enable users to browse through the CVS files using a web browser, then you must instell extra software for this on the same server. What you need is ViewCvs for Windows, RCS57 and Python 2.2 or CvsWeb for Windows, RCS57 and PERL. Then you also need to configure these items correctly. They will access the CVS repository and publish its contents in a web adapted way. /Bo -----Original Message----- From: Amin, Siddarth [mailto:samin5 at nemak.com] Sent: den 30 januari 2003 15:38 To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: [cvsnt] CVSNT installation on an NT web server I was wondering if anyone here couuld give me a few tips on setting up CVSNT on Wndows NT webserver. I have the software installed and is running fine but I cant access it through any networkcomputer even though I have permissions (user group assigned to it). The CVS is empty now but want to find out more about the root directory within the repository. If anyone could help me with this one, I would really appreciate it.
