Yahoo has two options 'convert to HTML', and 'leave alone'. There is no 'convert to text' option... Every time I log into yahoo it annoyingly switches 'convert to HTML' on, and I have to switch it off again. At the moment it's currently off, but yahoo is ignoring it and sending HTML anyway... I'll explicitly switch it off again to see if that helps... if not I'll have to have a look at writing some kind of filter. Tony
