[cvsnt] Problem while importing or adding txt-files which contain escape characters like ä,ö,ü

Hi,
When i try to import a new module which contains text files with characters
like ä,ü or ö CVSNT reports an entry state error: File has some escape
characters in it(0x00-0x20, 0x80-0xFF).
Continuing the import ends succesfully. The files in the repository look
fine and i can checkout them too. 

Is there something to do, that this is not an error message in the import or
is there a workaround.
Or will importing such files lead to repostory problems later on?

Any hints would be appreciated.
