If you are logged into the domain, the username is entirely optional,
reducing it to:

	:sspi:server:/repository

That's what I've been using for my testing against my servers.  I
believe you only need includes the username & do a cvs login when you
are "over the internet" (no NetBIOS connection established / available).

Something that took me ages to figure out, its:

  :sspi:domain\user at server:/repository

When your're hosted on a ActiveServer/PDC. Just username will suffice if
your connecting from a PC logged onto the PDC, but if your connecting
via a proxy or just not logged onto the PDC then you need to specify
domain\username

- Might be worth making a note of this on the website
