I did everything listed here, and still no control panel (in windows XP pro): - I installed cvsnt as Administrator - I checked that the 3 necessary dll files (mfc70.dll, msvcp70.dll, msvcr70.dll) were in place (and I copied them over to be certain) - Added cvsnt install dir to my paths What can I do more?
