>>> 3. Traverse your local copy dir tree and delete all CVS subdirs <<< I actually (accidentally) used Import against a checked-out CVS source to import to a different repository once, and it worked like a charm--it correctly ignored all CVS directories for me, so step 3 (I believe) is optional. I would make sure I have a ZIP or other form of backup on all these local files before proceeding also, naturally. I'm using (in this case) CVSNT 2.0.1a client and CVS 1.11.2 server. I need to update! :) Hope this helps. CVS import the old project sources to your new CVS server 5. Check out a project copy using your favourite protocol (sspi) 6. Continue developing. Import is used to get external sources into CVS version control and it seems appropriate to use that here.... /Bo (Bo Berglund, developer in Sweden) _______________________________________________ cvsnt mailing list cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs
