In my case, I am _NOT_ running _ANY_ anti virus program.
Not on the server. Not on the client.
It's perl... "system("cvs update etc...")" where there
is a problem for me. cvs from the command line works _FINE_.

I am using the CVS that is shipped with the
_LATEST_ WinCVS 1.3.13.1 Beta 13 build 1.
Is that too old? I just updated last week.
