Hello Nenad I managed to get cvsnt working without the installer. Initialized, added modules, users etc. So through command line everything works fine. I now have a different problem. I can't get Eclipse or any other CVS Client get working with cvsnt over :pserver. Eclipse complains: "Socket Exception: Connection reset". I will open another thread. thx anyway Michael Nenad Blagojevic wrote: > Hi Michael, > > Did you install the server as service? > from command prompt run: C:\Program Files\cvsnt\cvsservice.exe \INSTALL > same aproach with Lock: C:\Program Files\cvsnt\cvslock.exe \INSTALL > > Regards, > > Nenad. > > "Michael Aemisegger" <aemi at iew.unizh.ch> wrote in message > news:3FC719DB.5010900 at iew.unizh.ch... > >>Hello >> >>I tried to install the binary distribution of cvsnt on my xp without >>installer.
