This would be an option. However this would mean that the CVSNT Server had to run under a user or the administrator account, you have to take care of the ceritifcates as otherwise data would be lost forever. And there are always some folks who tell that NTFS encryption isn't to good at all. I gave a look at the cvsnt source. Putting in encryption/decryption on file access is quite easy. Sending a password on connect woundn't be too difficult.
