[cvsnt] Setting up cvsnt server - client connection problem

You could have a firewall installed that is blocking proper operation (some
firewalls still interfere if merely installed an inactive).  NTServer and
Local gain access via different paths, but neither use port 2401 that
pserver and sspi use.  

Also, check that you installed pserver and sspi protocols on both the client
and server (sspi isn't part of the old cvs, but only part of newer
cvsnt--you might want to upgrade).

You can check you are getting a basic connection to your server by telnet to
2401, hit enter a couple times.  It should say "cvs [server aborted]: bad
auth protocol start:".

Sspi can either use a username + login or integrated, username is only
required when you're running across a firewall.
