Which documentation?  You can't install the server on Win9x, but that's the
only limitation.

FAT isn't recommended... if you're running a server you probably want
security and FAT has none at all.  There are the timezone issues too as
mentioned here before...  FAT also isn't journaling, so if your server
falls over at the wrong moment you could lose the entire repository quite
easily (and the rest of your disk - I've seen it happen).
