As eclipse is hardcoded to break if it detects cvsnt there's also the 'fake unix' option in the control panel that fools it into believing it's talking to a cvs 1.11.1 server. The other option is to just use a proper cvs client (WinCVS, TortoiseCVS, SmartCVS, etc.) and forget about the eclipse integration. Tony
