I checked with IT and they said that they double checked and that the server is configured as domain and not workgroup. Any other suggestions to try? How does CVS determine if the server is stand alone? It'll either say 'domain' or 'workgroup'. My guess it that it's currently set to 'workgroup'. If it really is in a domain then there's something bizarre going on I've never seen before. Tony
