[cvsnt] CVSNT with non wincvs client

I setup a fairly recent version of cvsnt and the latest version of Eclipse 
and it is a big pile of doggy !@#$. Don't do it!  Just bag the integration 
with Eclipse and use either Tortois or WinCvs.

Also, Eclipse is not very easy to setup with anything other than PSERVER, I 
was able to get the SSPI ext cvsnt working but I needed it to work outside 
the domain which at that point, you might as well use Tortoise or WinCvs. 
(my opinion)
