I would prefer it if you send me the reports of any problem you have with CVSMailer instead of posting it on the CVSNT list where it does not belong! Please look at the instructions on my CVSMailer webpage for reporting problems! Concerning the tag emails the problem is prbably that you are using filenames that are not using the US-ASCII character set. I have never claimed that CVSMailer would handle strange names using Unicode or any other foreign character set. It was developed many years ago with my own usage in view but then I decided to publish it as freeware to help others out. But I have used a tool that does not recognize any Unicode or other multibyte character encoding so if you have this problem then feel free to use another tool. I don't have time to develop support for this in any case.
