The latest version puts up a dialog, waits (currently) 30 seconds for 
user interaction, then logs the error and location of the crashdump file 
in the systen log, in addition to sending it to me directly using HTTP 
POST (if it can get through firewalls etc.).

By default it sends a small dump of about 4K, which is often enough to 
find out where the app crashed.  The dialog has the option to send the 
larger dump.

Modifying the behaviour in the registry is possible, but I was hoping to 
get defaults that most people liked before adding lots of configuration 
options.
