WinCvs was always "scouting" for CVSNT in the file system, it was just looking in the different place, namely the WinCvs\cvsnt folder. Now it will look in the <Program Files>\cvsnt folder, too. There is no difference in logic, just dufferent folder is taken as default. If you install CVSNT in different place than default then you can always set the cvs.exe location in WinCvs settings.
