Most companies have a security policy even across an intranet and I wouldn't suggest that someone installs something like pserver without making sure they're not violating that policy. Because pserver doesn't support any kind of encryption and the passwords are sent in plaintext it should only be used where you're certain that the traffic can't be intercepted. Tony
