Hi to all! We have been using cvsnt (in conjunction with viewcvs and cvsmailer) in our company for almost a year now and haven't got any problems until these past few days. Our previous setup is we have our cvsnt in a Win2k box and 10+ clients also in Win2k box. All of them are members of a linux domain(samba PDC). Since all of our clients are Win2k, we are using sspi as our authentication method. We have also set the repository folders' security using the domain users. Here is the problem: Recently we added a few linux boxes which will also be used as cvs clients. Since sspi is not supported in linux, we tried using ssh as auth method for our linux clients. The problem is, ssh does not include domain information thus the linux boxes does not have write permission to the repository. Temporarily, we have given 'everybody' read access to all folders so the linux boxes can checkout modules. But when we try to commit, the linux boxes fails. Our linux client is gCVS. :ssh:ian at cvs:/test is my CVSROOT. Is there any authentication method in linux that would transmit domain information? or is there any other solution to our problem? Hope you guys understand my question. and sorry for my english. Ian
