Yes, you can add the users to both these files. As long as you don't have a loginfo, taginfo or notify script line that triggers nothing will happen. Note that the loginfousers file is an invention of mine and is only used by my CVSMailer. If the mail recipients are not listed on the loginfo line then all users in loginfousers that are not commented out will receive an email. Tip: Enter the users and addresses into the users file. Then enter all of these users also to the loginfousers file but put a comment char (#) in front of each. Then when you want to activate a certain user, just remove the comment and commit the loginfousers file. /Bo -----Original Message----- From: cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org [mailto:cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org]On Behalf Of Tyler Theobald Sent: den 12 januari 2004 15:07 To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: [cvsnt] CVSROOT admin files and CVSMailer When I create a repository for a developer team, can I go ahead and populate the CVSROOT/users & loginfousers files with all their accounts, and then later add the specific commit and tag conditions in loginfo & taginfo files as needed when modules are created? In other words, can I have accounts listed in users & loginfousers without them actually receiving emails per the loginfo file right? Thanks!
