2.0.23 is working on my Japanese WinXP!

I agree with you.
That's very very wrong behaviour.
But we are using cvs as storage, not only active development.
So I'm saying that it's not good
that format might change while we don't know.
I want format change occurs only after projects developpers agree it
on our project. ( not all projects)

Yes, current cvsnt's auto-format change is mostly better,
but some project need old wrong behaviour.
