I tried "cvs -n checkout -r tag module", but it won't work unless the module is already checked out (odd when you think about it). I also tried "cvs ls -lR -r tag" command, and it died: <snip> . cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Stam4.PX,v: Too many open files cvs server: could not read RCS file for AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Stam4.PX cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Udskdeta.DB,v: Too many open files cvs server: could not read RCS file for AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Udskdeta.DB cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Udskdeta.PX,v: Too many open files cvs server: could not read RCS file for AlmenPC/src/data_Struktur/arkiv3/Udskdeta.PX cvs server: cannot open CVS/Tag: Too many open files cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/.perms: Too many open files cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/.perms: Too many open files Directory AlmenPC/src/foto cvs server: cannot open CVS/Tag: Too many open files cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/foto/.perms: Too many open files cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/.perms: Too many open files cvs server: cannot open i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/.perms: Too many open files cvs server: cannot create read lock in repository `i:/cvsrepos/AlmenPC/src/foto': Too many open files cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up </snip> Any other suggestions for Tyler? Using -n will produce all the output from a checkout without modifying any files, or if the server you're on supports it try 'cvs ls -lR -r tag' > Also, what does "is sticky" refer to in the CVSNT wiki?
