[cvsnt] problem making a cvs user with pserver

Hello, by saying "on your machine" you mean cvs client machine Or you mean
to say that the machine where I have installed cvs server. Secondly, as far
as I know there is a need to have a user on machine for cvs user creation is
a requirment of ntserver protocol, correct me if I am wrong??
