In order to allow read only access to certain users on our network, I have modified the Lockdir value in the config file of the cvsRoot to c:/cvsTemp/Locks, after creating the cvsTemp/Locks folders, but have been getting the Cannot stat directory message when try to commit changes to the repository from the network. This error message does not happen when commit is done from the local PC. The error message appears for all users even those with full access to the repository. We are running the CVSnt on a windows 2000 workstation with the latest service packs and use wincvs for the client using the Local protocol to access the server. I would really appreciate any help.
