I found out my issue, so figured I would post it out for your reference. Using SSH to connect to a CSVNT repository on windows server 2003 will cause all updates to be seen as coming from the sshd_Server instead of the real author. It's a windows thing. If I find a way around it I will post another message. -----Original Message----- From: cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org [mailto:cvsnt-bounces at cvsnt.org] On Behalf Of Andrew Markwell Sent: Thursday, 14 October 2004 4:42 PM To: cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook Subject: [cvsnt] author displaying as sshd_server Hi all, We are running the latest versions of CVSNT on windows server 2003. Connections are through SSH tunnelling from Tortoise 1.8. Upon all commits the author is coming through as "sshd_server", so wondering if there is a command I can run to pass through the user as the author. If anyone is having problems connecting using SSH let me know, it works but takes a bit to setup. Thanks Serpent _______________________________________________ cvsnt mailing list cvsnt at cvsnt.org cvsnt downloads at march-hare.com @CVSNT on Twitter CVSNT on Facebook http://www.cvsnt.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/cvsnt https://www.march-hare.com/cvspro/en.asp#downcvs
