Use TortoiseCVS.  Make new module, then add contents.  It's easier to 
get started with than the command line.

If you like the command line better, then I suggest reading up on the 
docs available at http://www.cvsnt.org/manual (for starters) and writing 
to the list when you have actual trouble with some commands (if any).
