Where should the temp folder be but hardcoded? Randomly chosen perhaps? It is located in a config setting that you reach via the Control Panel applet on the Server Settings tab. After you have verified its location (well outside the Documents and Settings tree!) you can set any permissions needed on it. I use C:\CVSTEMP in my case and I have given full control to everyone plus SYSTEM. /Bo (Bo Berglund, developer in Sweden)
