You don't have a users file set up. That's part of the instructions to set up CVS Mailer -- make sure you added users to your CVSROOT and you added the line for users into the checkoutlist file. The rest of the logs are consistent with a missing users file -- the mailer can't find any legit email addresses to send to (or mark as from either), so you obviously get no messages. Otherwise it looks like you're set up correctly. Bo -- Might be a good idea to put WARNING: in front of some of those entries that represent a misconfiguration.
